Tender marinated chicken breast pan seared with Mexican spices and served over fresh tomatoes, onions, mild chilies and cilantro, topped with a lime dijonnaise glaze. 14

Chilaquiles

Aztec for "pieces of broken up old sombrero", chilaquiles are more easily remembered as Mexican lasagna, Layers of corn tortillas, cheese, sour cream and tomato chili sauce and the meat of your choice chicken, shredded beef, ground beef or pork. 15

Chili Relleno (Mexican Stuffed Pepper)

This is a house favorite! We take a poblano chili pepper and stuff it with lots and lots of seasoned cheese, roll the pepper in a egg batter and lightly pan fry it on both sides until golden brown. We then top it with our homemade fresh tomato chili sauce.

Carnitas of Pork

Succulent, tender chunks of pork with caramelized onions good enough to indulge in without condiments, but just in case we do give you tortillas, cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo. 15

Carne Asada

A skirt steak blackened Mexican style and served with enchilada verde that is topped with sour cream and guacamole. 20
